TubeMart's end-facing machines are designed to provide low cost operation and excellent part surface finish. The end-facing operation is simple and straight-forward. Cutting is done by a rotating cutting head containing three adjustable carbide inserts. The carbide inserts are standard-style and readily available. Total cycle time is 5 - 10 seconds, depending on the application.

For End-Facing Tubes, Pipes, and Rods. Provides Clean-Cut Tube Face, Inner Chamfer, and Outer Chamfer For Use on Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Aluminum, etc. Cycle Time is 5 - 10 Seconds (Application Dependent)
