Product Description
This tube notching machine is ideal for coping mild steel or stainless tubes up to 70 mm (2.76 in) diameter. The cutting capacity range is:
70mm (2.76 in) at 90°,
64mm (2.5 in) at 60°,
52mm (2.0 in) at 45°, and
37mm (1.46 in) at 30°. The TNS70 uses an abrasive belt, running at selectable speeds of 900 m/min (2,953 ft/min) for mild steel and 1,800 m/min (5,906 ft/min) for stainless steel, to notch tubing. Change-over for notching different diameter tubing is simple by loosening 4 bolts and switching out the contact roll. This machine is supplied with a 31.75 mm (1.25 in) contact roll. |
