Product Description
This tube notching machine is ideal for coping mild steel and stainless tubes up to 145 mm (5.7 in) diameter. The cutting capacity range is:
145mm (5.7 in) at 90°,
125mm (4.9 in) at 60°,
102mm (4.0 in) at 45°, and
70mm (2.75 in) at 30°. The TNS145 uses an abrasive belt, running at selectable speeds of 900 m/min (2,953 ft/min) for mild steel and 1,800 m/min (5,906 ft/min) for stainless steel, to notch tubing. Change-over for notching different diameter tubing is simple by loosening 4 bolts and switching out the contact roll. Three common size contact rolls are supplied with the machine. |
