Product Description
This centerless grinding and polishing machine provides a uniform, polished finish to cylindrical parts, such as straight tubes. The TTL100 offers great flexibility and polishes tubes in the range of 6 mm (0.24 in) to 180 mm (7.1 in) diameter.
A wide range of surface finishes are achieved by using different mesh abrasive belts. The abrasive belts are easily changed, low cost, and readily available.
The TTL100 may be run individually or set-up in a multi-machine production line with the work piece positioned and transported by V guide or roller wheel guide. |
